Soviet programmable calculator with reverse Polish notation for engineering calculations. It is not a clone of a Western device. The only calculator in the world with EEPROM for storing calculation results or programs. It was produced by Ukrainian factories "Kvadr" (Borzna) and "Kvazar" (Kyiv).
  • Processor: K745IK1302-2 (main), K745IK1303-2 (arithmetic), K745IK1306-2 ("blue" functions)
  • RAM: 210 bytes; 105 bytes for registers 0-E (7 bytes per register) and 105 program steps; implemented on two K745IR2-2 registers + 14 bytes in K745IK1306-2
  • ROM: EEPROM type memory device - KR1601RR1 (512 bytes, 1024 x 4 bit organization); Controller - K745IK1801-2
  • Display: VFD (IVL2-8/12 or modernized ILC2-12/8L, extra segments of some digits are excluded), 12 7-segment digits
  • Power: 6 V (4x1.5 V) batteries (AA) type A-316 "Kvant"; power supply 5.5 V Elektronika D2-37A
