The first commercial portable encryptor in Russia. Manufactured on the basis of the MK-85 microcomputer.
Instead of the standard BASIC software, it has the "Azimuth" ("Азимут") encryption system based on the "Angstrem-3" ("Ангстрем-3") algorithm.
The code name of the device: "Ancript" ("Анкрипт"). Serial devices began to be produced in November 1992.
The date on the cover is often older than on the chips, so it is difficult to establish the exact date of manufacture of the devices.
The earliest (of those known) ROM chip (firmware code 061) was manufactured in April 1992.
